Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Zero Equipment. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, this Return & Refund Policy explains your options.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories.
  • Products that appear worn, used, or damaged (beyond necessary handling) will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Custom-made or personalized items may be excluded from returns unless defective.


2. How to Start a Return

  • Contact us at info@zeroequipment.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions on where to send the item.
  • Do not send items without authorization — unauthorized returns may be refused.


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Original shipping charges (paid at checkout) are non-refundable.
  • For defective or incorrect products, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse shipping costs.


4. Refund Processing

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Additional bank processing time may apply before the refund appears on your account.


5. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or model, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.


6. Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Custom-made or personalized products are non-returnable unless defective.


7. Defective or Wrong Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us immediately at info@zeroequipment.com.
  • We will arrange for a return, refund, or replacement at no additional cost to you.


8. Legal Rights (if applicable)

  • Depending on your country, consumer protection laws may grant you additional rights (for example, in the EU, a 14-day withdrawal right).
  • This policy is in addition to your legal rights and does not replace them.
